This Hennopspark commercial project combined two disciplines — civil paving and landscaping — into a single, cohesive site upgrade. The scope called for a sidewalk installation with a proper dumprock base layer, grey bevel paving, and indigenous planting alongside the completed surface.
Pretoria Paving delivered all three: dumprock sub-base for drainage and structural stability, grey bevel pavers for the commercial sidewalk surface, and 90 aloe plants installed along the border to create a finished, low-maintenance green edge that suits Centurion’s climate.
The result is a commercial streetscape that is functional, well-drained, and visually complete.
